  • Cancellation Policy

    I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

    Single sessions ~ 1:1 appointments

    48 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give me 48 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. Pre-payment is required for all services.

    No-shows

    Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

    Late Arrivals

    Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow time to fill out any required paperwork or answer any intake questions I may have. I understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, I ask that you call to inform me if this ever occurs so I can do my best to accommodate you.

    If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

  • Watsu® session at private pool $175.00

    Sessions only available within a 10 mile radius of 75214.

    Cancellation Policy

    Pre-payment of $175 is required to book a session.  Additional fee for paid parking, hotel valet, etc.

    48 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give me 48 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.

    Pre-payment will be returned in full if session is cancelled before 48 hours.  If paying by CC minus 3.47% surcharge fee.  After 48 hours no refund of payment.

    Late Arrivals

    I arrive on location 15-20 mins before your scheduled session time.

    Please plan to be ready for your session 15 mins before entering the pool.  This will allow time to fill out any required paperwork or answer any intake questions I may have.  If you arrive late, even at your own home (or even at your own pool), your session will be shortened in order to accommodate other appointments that follow yours.  Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session.  Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

  • Watsu® session with a pool rental $185.00/$195.00 (single individual session only)

    Groups of 2-3 require their own pool rental*

    Sessions only available within a 10 mile radius of 75214.

    Cancellation Policy

    I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

    I rent pools through the Swimply app, and each homeowner has their own cancelation policy.  Pool rental fee for 1.5 hours for a single session is non refundable.  Having the pool heated is an additional expense to renting the pool by the hour, and the homeowner has to do this in advance.  This is an additional fee of $55-$100.

    Pre-payment of $185 or $195 is required to book session time.  This includes my Watsu service and the pool rental fee.  There is a $10 rental increase ($195) for Fri-Sun sessions.

    Pool rental fee is non refundable at any time.  Depending on pool availability it’s $60-$70/hr.  Pre-payment will be returned if session is cancelled before 48 hours minus pool rental fee.  If paying by CC minus 3.47% surcharge fee. After 48 hours no refund of payment.

    Late Arrivals

    If you arrive late, your session will be shortened as the pool rental time is not extended without a fee.  I rent from private pool owners and extension of time may not work with their schedule or mine.  If time permits, pool rental extension of 30 minutes will be an additional Watsu service rate of $87 and rental fee per the homeowners hourly rental rate due at time of service.  Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.Item description
